The drying process of granulate is effected by a horizontal air flow. The unique construction of the chamber secures a uniform air distribution and a minimal temperature difference inside the chamber, providing the most efficient drying.
The Lytzen granulate dryer can be supplied with 100 % air exchange.
The gas monitor will, apart from being a safety device, also secure maximum temperature inside the chamber with regards to the level of solvents and the set point temperature.
Heating media can be electricity, steam or hot water.
PLC or PID controller is available for the control system.
